Riassunto. Il rapido evolvere della società italiana e del sapere induce a fare alcune considerazioni sulla formazione che diventa un processo riflessivo sia per l’allievo sia per i didatti. Si osservano alcune variabili significative che riguardano gli attori della formazione e stanno producendo cambiamenti sia a livello analogico sia a livello dei contenuti e degli obiettivi della formazione stessa, che non può più ignorare l’intervento nei contesti non terapeutici. Essa deve preparare i futuri psicoterapeuti al lavoro terapeutico in stanza di terapia e al lavoro di intervento multidimensionale e di rete con i servizi sociosanitari, educativi e il mondo del lavoro. I nostri allievi, più flessibili di un tempo, forse sono pronti a questi cambiamenti più dei loro didatti, preoccupati dallo scenario della crisi economica; è opportuno considerare l’aumento esponenziale della richiesta di aiuto psicologico che, con determinazione, viene avanzata e apre nuovi scenari di intervento ai nostri allievi.

Summary. To train psychologists psychoterapists. Reflections of a reality not at all obvious. The rapid evolution of Italian society and knowledge lead us to make some considerations on the formation becomes a reflective process for both the student and for teachers. There are observed some significant variables affecting the players in training and are producing changes in both analogue and at the level of content and objectives of the training itself can no longer ignore the contexts in non-therapeutic intervention. It must prepare future therapists to work in the therapy room and therapeutic work to multidimensional intervention and network with health and social services, education, and employment. Our students a more flexible than before may be ready for these changes more than their teachers worried about the scenario of economic crisis; should consider the exponential increase in the demand for psychological help that, with determination, is advanced and opens new options for action to our students.
